Seal of Approval
When purchasing equipment from Catercore you will note that we do not “just sell every piece of equipment”. Equipment available to Catercore customers has the Catercore seal of approval. To gain the seal of approval the equipment undergoes strict testing.
First we must understand that the equipment is able to operate to the specification that it’s designed to work in. We understand that different items of equipment work better in certain environments. Therefore we also understand that certain pieces of equipment fit some budgets better.
Second we install, we not only sell the equipment our team will offer the opportunity for you to book in the installation and commissioning of your new piece of equipment.
Third we provide after sale support; we supply your equipment, we install your equipment and should you experience an issue with the equipment the Coreserve helpdesk is on hand to rapidly dispatch a technician as a result ensuring that your equipment remains operational. The Coreserve team of technicians are trained to work on all of the equipment that we sell and carry parts for most machines on our fleet of service vehicles hence ensuring a minimal downtime.
The final seal of approval is that we can supply the equipment at a competitive price.
